Was driving around town looking to get a state inspection done, every other shop that had the plaque hanging outside either didn't have an inspector on duty, or the machine was down. Stopped by Austin's, was in and out in 15 minutes! Highly recommend!

Been coming to their locations since 2019 and the service + workmanship has been fine, the staff is usually friendly and helpful. So, 4-stars for that. However, Austin’s Automotive was bought by private equity (GreatWater 360 Auto Care) in July 2023 and ever since then the pricing has become quite high. Prior to the acquisition I had always been able to ask them to check out a strange noise, and I was never charged extra. They had never charged me for the opportunity to earn my business. In fact, they often informed me about coupons, promotions, service bundles, etc and helped me get the most out of my money. But in July 2025 I was charged $189 for them to put their ear to the engine for a few minutes and tell me that I needed a new engine at a cost between $3000-$7000. I ended up getting a new car. Last month (August 2026) I was quoted almost $1,500 for new brake pads & rotors. That is much higher than other quotes I got. I asked some mechanic friends and they all agree that price is too high. I do appreciate the service and I’ve never had an issue with the work done on my car, but in this economy it’s hard to justify overpaying for work like this. I may come back in the fut

This is the second time I’ve brought my vehicle to Austin‘s automotive! But it’s my first review for this company. People don’t always get good service when it comes to getting their cars fixed! believe me, I’ve had a lot of experience dealing with different auto repair places in the past, people just wanna know the facts without getting the runaround. The guys up there are just good people. They do what they say they’re gonna do and They’re kind and actually care. Brought my car in for a totally different issue and was beyond stressed out over it since I just got a new job and suddenly had no car to get there!! Emery has gone above and beyond to help out during a crisis time. The first time I brought it in I purchased a used vehicle and the transmission went out. He found the best price for me and fixed it fast and was fair with the cost that beat everybody else’s prices. This time around brought it back for a second time a few months later For brakes, struts, and again the service was exceptional, caring and more fair than any other place. I definitely recommend this place. If you wanna get your car fixed the right way at the best price go here!!

I went in for a simple alignment and left feeling like I was being pressured into thousands of dollars of unnecessary work. I’m very familiar with cars (mechanical engineer as well who was worked for two large automotive brands) and know enough to recognize when someone is exaggerating normal wear items into an emergency. They made it sound like my car was on the verge of catastrophic failure, which was completely misleading. They also tried to make the catalytic converter sound urgent when it was only showing early signs of wear, not immediate failure. Yes it CAN lead to more issues, but it's not at that point. Comfort people and consult them, don't scare them. I would've appreciate it being brought up in a professional manner, with great explanation and honesty. Not hardcore sales and fear mongering. They also claimed there was a rear differential leak and criticized the fluid for being dark. There is no rear differential leak, and the fluid had already been changed with Toyota GL-5. It is not even due for differential service for another 20,000 miles. it's normal to see some minor oil leakage even for a new car. It's not dripping and the differential is not leaking. In addi

This is the only automotive specialist I come to since I have purchased my vehicle in 2020. They always take care of me. This is the only location I like. Terrence Underwood is an amazing employee. He always has the best customer service and even has normal conversations with you.!! And then the manager!!! Emery If you want the job done right he make sure it’s done. He’s a great boss and he always make sure I’m taken care of.! Everything about this place is feels like home
